In DQX, the is a DQ3 event happening where you can fight Zoma and get unique rewards! It starts tonight and lasts until May 29! There is a free trial available right now but you unfortunately cannot access the event as a trial member. However you do have time to purchase it if you enjoyed the trial!

Testing my DQMJ2 Calculator Idea on stream

Hello everyone! If you haven't seen already, I'm working on a tool for the community called a "Synthesis Calculator" for the original English version of the DQMJ2 game for DS. Although I haven't fully completed the Application (still a ton of work needing to figure out) I have a Prototype made of the Calculator for me to test using Google Spreadsheets. If I knew how to make the spreadsheet work for everyone, I wouldn't need to make it an application, but I also would want it to be nicer so I am just testing it for now.

I am gonna try and stream DQMJ2 (from the beginning) starting somewhere between 10am to 10:30am PST today, May18th2021, for playing the game on stream (@ https://Twitch.tv/MatthewDrakely) And I'll be trying to seeing if my calculator prototype works. There will be some bugs I know about with certain areas like Skills and Weapons but I haven't fully tested to know. But I wanna fully test it out on stream for everyone.

Please note that this calculator I am making is just a tool for the original DQMJ2 and would need to be worked on further if there is gonna be an expansion towards the Joker version plus help from the community for DQMJ2Pro and maybe support for my language barrier I have with just knowing English.

Anyways, I hope to see you all on stream and please let me know your feedback if you tune in to see what I made Prototype wise.

I've been binge watching Adventure of Dai on Hulu and LOVE it. I'm almost done with the series. I have 4 episodes left. I have binged an anime like this since Full Metal Alchemist.

DQXI starting over advice

The PS4 wasn't doing it for me, and space is a premium for me so I traded in my PS4 and that naturally meant starting over on DQXI on the switch.

I was a pretty good ways into the game before, and I found that this game is on par with DQII in terms of sheer amount of grinding that is necessary (at least in its favor the game is incredibly short by comparison) and it's just as tedious here as it was then.

So, for those who beat the game what tips / advice / things you wish you knew the first time going through?

Anything to help bust up the monotony of the immense amount of boring, and snail paced grinding.
