    I just played the demo of DQ Builders 2 and absolutely loved it, I can't believe I was so sceptical about it when I first heard about it! Problem is, because I was so sceptical, I avoided the first game completely, and now I'm struggling to figure out whether I should hold off on buying Builders 2 and buy 1. I don't have the money for both (I'm getting them on the Switch and we all know Switch games aren't cheap) so would I be missing out on a lot if I decided to play 2 and just skip 1, or are there people who think 1 is the better game?

    Sorry if this gets asked a lot, like I said I'm veeeery late to the Builders games...

    Glad to see this novelty of a series is coming out on blu-ray with extras, info is vague so biggest thing is if it has subtitles in spanish or english, if at all! Also 390$ is a hefty price

    I'm in Act 2 of the game, and I've got a recipe for a Greatsword that I need 2 lamplights for. I've gone to every sparkly spot in Gallopolis and the merchant that used to be here, just isn't anymore. Does anyone know where I can find/buy them in Act 2, and/or what would drop it in itemized kills etc. Thanks x

    Ok I'm pretty late on this but I realised DQ11 can also be played on the PS4 so which platform is more recommended?

    Note: I have a PS4 but no Switch. Dunno how relevant that is really...

    Let's take a look at heroes from past games, they could use Bows, Staves, Wands, Whips, Boomerangs...difference in play style. So why is it that Eleven is restricted to Sword and Board, GS and Duel Swords? Genuine question.

    A question regarding seed farming

    Hey guys I am currently on my 2nd playthrough at Act 1 before climbing the tree on hard difficulty and thinking of farming seeds to boost some stats before the event but I'm wondering if I max out Erik's stats before venturing to the world tree does he keep the stats when post game starts? Or do I have to refarm again?Would really appreciate if anyone can enlighten on this thanks.

    Because when playing, for example Ragnar's scenario at the beginning, on DS I remember having a tough time with it. Needing to grind for weapons and armour and such.

    When playing on mobile, I could muscle my way to Healie with really no trouble and not even buying any upgrades, only at level 5 with my basic weapon and armour. (Although I did buy Iron Armour later on with the money I found in chests, and got the Cautery Sword in the tower but still...)

    Question about wife in DQ V spoilers about late game

    When the wife (Bianca best girl) is turned to stone can you choose not to rescue her or do you have to just asking to see if you get a bad ending or something (of course I am going to save her).

    Help Me Jump Back Into DQ2 [Spoilers]

    I put down Dragon Quest 2 (the mobile port) for a while and no longer remember where it is I'm supposed to go next.

    I've just added the Princess to my party, and I recall from a lost save file that I can find a place where the party has to glide across a short distance from the top of a tower, and later procure a ship with which to sale to other parts of the map. But I can't seem to find my way back to that tower, nor do I remember where to find the item for gliding.

    So let's assume I just got the Princess and am totally clueless (which I guess I am). What are my next few steps?

    Dragon Quest 11 post game

    Hi guys , i just finished DQ8 and going for 11 next , i know there is a post game or Act 3 and i saw some ppl saying it's very important and all , i usually go only for the main story so my question is , is it really important to the plot ? Or is it like the chapter 6 in DQ4 or the post game in DQ3 Where you do them but in the end it's like it never happened ?
