    My Twitch Plays Dragonquest IX Stream has been online for 17h now

    The character is at level 8 right now!

    The software running stable for 17 hours is a great success for me cause this is a test stream.

    I asked Twitch to turn off spam filters and am taking improvement tips from people who tried it.

    I just beat DQ11 after putting almost 200hrs into doing almost every accolade (besides some of the casino ones) and platinumed it in PS4. Now I'm not sure what do with myself. Any games you guys recommend, keeping in mind that I don't have a 3ds to play the older games, that would scratch the JRPG itch like this one did?

    I bought the Erdrick trilogy on Switch and I'm planning on starting with Dragon Quest I sometime this week. Is there any advice you guys can give to me?

    For reference, the only other DQ I've played is 11S.

    I don't understand how this remake somehow looks and plays worse than the NES version.

    Dragon Quest 11 S--can't shake tree for buzzberries?

    Hi all,

    I'm not sure if I'm experiencing a bug or don't know the controls but in the Heliodor region I walk up to the tree with buzzberries to get for a quest and I can't get them. Is there a button I'm supposed to press to rock the tree? No icon pops up if it should.

    I'm playing on switch.

    I am in the post game and trying to complete the Red Dragon quest.. what item does Miko need when I meet them in the caves? I tried to find this answer online but can't seem to find anything. thanks for your help!

    Draconian Hell; Mordegon

    Party at Lv64 (Hendrik and Serena a tad lower) with all Draconian Quests active and I need Mordegon Mordegone. Beat his first phase and of fucking course he has a second one.

    Need serious luck due to Shypox happening at the most perfect moments /s and I would love to grind but Metal King Slimes at the Fortress of Fear are a zero gain game for me, even when I kill a Great Dragon first to qualify a "higher level kill" criteria for the EXP.

    So where is a Lv64 Luminary with a grinding restriction supposed to spam Electrollight at to get some EXP his way?

    Any equipment/skill recommendations?

    Heliodor Side Quests?

    I put away the side quests in Heliodor until after the castle stuff, thinking that the meeting with the king would end up differently than the way it did.

    Now Erik is talking about returning to Heliodor, will I be able to do those side quests then or will I have to wait until post game or something?

    idk if this is the right place to post this, this is my first DQ game
