    Hello, i have a 3ds blue lagoon, the very first one, is it possible to play dragon quest 8 with it ? I mean, 3ds xl have another joystick or something right ? How do we move the camera on the other 3ds ? Thank you.

    How do you beat Mordegon the 2nd time round (spoilers)

    After you have decided to go back in time, to the part where you went to Ygdresil, but Mordegon and Jasper came along and took over its power, but this time you stop them from doing that, how do you beat him in the fight inside of Heliodor castle?. There is no guide on gamefaqs telling you how to beat him, the boss battle guide only goes up to your 2nd Jasper battle right towards the end of the game.

    Ive tried looking at videos on youtube for help, but all those videos show the player fighting against him where Jade, Erik, Sylvado, Serena and Rab, all have their abilities that they did towards the end of the game, like Jade can do her multi thrust move ect. How is this possible????, in my one every character has de-evolved back to level 31 (except for the hero). Did they just go out and grind and grind and grind, before going to Heliodor castle or something?.

    He's very hard to beat, he makes all your healing spells and healing items ATTACK your HP instead, and he keeps wiping out party members.

    How to unequip the cursed necklace in Dragon quest 1 SNES version

    I'm new to the series I found the necklace in a cave from the west below a village. I thought it was just an ordinary necklace to boost stats. Then when I went back to the palace King said he wont accept the hero who is cursed and its kind of annoying. Any solutions to unequipped it? Also I just finished rescuing the princess and I cant enter the castle and I'm carrying her everywhere.

    [DQXIS] A couple of questions about Stronger monsters and Reduced Exp. from weak monsters

    1. Is it possible to reach level 99 on Reduced Exp. without exploiting very specific tricks?

    2. If it isn't, is it possible to defeat the strongest enemy in the game (with Stronger monsters) without reaching level 99 or grinding too much?

    DQXI 2D Mobile port?

    I just started my second playthrough of the game with the 2D version. And I thought would it be nice they port just the 2D version on IOS and Android. Surprisingly no one talks about this. What are your thoughts on a possible DQXI 2D mobile port? or maybe they could release the 3DS Japanese version on mobile?

    A wild idea and a ridiculous run

    This is going to be spoiler heavy for DQ8. You have been warned.

    Huge fan of DQVIII i find myself playing it every few odd years, and have had the same disc since xmas when i was it was brand new and a huge deal as a child!

    So i thought, with being unemployed and too close to school to really take on a job... why not do something borederline foolish and completely outlandish? So here we are.... a completely wild and crazy playthrough!

    And i dont really have far developed rules or plans for the this, but i want it to be an end all grind that i can never look back at.

    For now ive only just made a new save and have grinded enough for a boomerang and the armor upgrades in farebury

    Rule 1: no selling any item drops

    Rule 2: 0 deaths or flees or i must respite back to my latest save

    Rule 3: after acquiring the third party member shops will become off limits.

    Rule 4: Casino offlimit/except for exclusives and not allowed usage unless alchemied.(mk armor yes. Graham whip no.)

    Rule 5: no metal slime hunting is allowed untill lvl 90+

    Rule 6: when a new bestiary is added i must grind for it until i have bare minimum every drop from that monster.

    Subject to change if i find an additional challenge that fits well with this play

    Now for the first areas of the game,... this may take a few days or maybe a week or two even.

    Achievements to progress;

    1st: level 25+ to access first boss.

    2nd: 100k gold to proceed past the bridge that allows for a new location

    3rd: 1 million gold to travel the sea.

    4th: use any shops for the last time before cutting off access.

    And lastly, im sadly not a youtuber or know anything about recording or editing... or id love to make a series.

    But CHEERS! I hope to be 25 in a few days and have the farebury bestiary completed too and then things will move along~ i will do an update when i hit 15 and 20 :)

    So I Googled what Lvl I was supposed to be about halfway in the game, and it turns out that I at level 51 is one whooping level over what I should be facing the Final Boss as. What can I say, I find Grinding relaxing…������
