    So I just got to gleeba and I was gonna change my main character into a paladin but when I go talk to the guy who gives me a quest he says I need to finish my "other affairs" before I can accept the quest. I looked online everywhere and nothing was there to help. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I read a guide that said it's in the northern way station at mt huji, but I found sizzling styles where they said it would be. I think it is meant to be there, but during a different segment of the game. Is there anywhere else I can get this recipe book from?

    So I'm doing some lategame grinding in DQIX, I'm literally getting "The enemy is too stunned to move" or "The enemy doesn't notice the party's presence" almost every battle. What is determining this? What am I doing right?

    Transfer PC save to Switch for DQXI?

    I'm about 80hrs in on my pc, but I know I want to buy it on the switch to play the extra content. Is there any way to get the save file transferred over so I don't have to start it over? I found a couple posts on other sites that talk about the need to decrypt and recrypt code, but has anyone gotten this to work?

    Now, quite a few people have practically screamed 'Upscaled Switch port!' about DQXI Definitive Edition...

    It's not out for three months, and I can tell you, without a shadow of doubt, he wasn't really playing the game. The video is far from synchronized to his actions, and there's several clues it's very much pre-recorded.

    What SquEnix might be doing right now is looking at exporting those gorgeous 1080p/4K graphics to the XI S build, checking no-one's face falls off or similar, and trying to have most, if not all, of it working by the end of November.

    There has to be a reason that the current DQXI S build is a direct lift of the Switch version. Especially due to one suspicious thing...

    Only 100 MB of the game is actually on the XBOX servers.

    The rest of it... What are Square Enix doing with it?

    do you get a wedding picture of the other people as well? or is it just for Gemma?

    im ofc going gemma again in DQ XI s for STEAM but was just curious how they would handle that, with gemma in the village.

    Fix Strength Stat?

    I started playing this game on the Nintendo version of Dragon Quest XI S and then I switched to the PC version cuz 60fps+... you know how it is.

    The problem is I used a trainer to turn on one-hit-kills and max damage etc to get back to the point I was on the Nintendo version (30+ hours of gameplay). Now, even with the trainer off my strength stat is stuck at 999. Does anyone know a way to fix this? :-/. I don't hate the idea of playing again from the start ( I love the game) but it would be nice to just continue from my current level.

    I've finished Dragon Quest 1 through 6 and 8. I'm currently 85 hours into DQ7 and I have never hit the jackpot on the slots machine in any game.

    Either I'm extremely unlucky or doing something really wrong. What are your experiences with this aspect of the game? All I want is a team kitted out in metal king helms haha.

    The FAQ's say resolution and frame rate will be as good as the original release. Will it be PRO Enhanced like Vanilla? Can't find any info confirming or denying this. Any info would be helpful. As someone who owns Vanilla and Switch Definitive edition, this may be one detail that pushes me to pre-order, btw its available on amazon for PO already.
