    Wanted to share my excitement with you guys!! Found a brand new and barely used copy of dragon quest ix at a random game store. I never thought I'd be able to find even a used copy locally. Now me and my significant other can finally play a dragon quest game together!!!

    Do I need the debug patch? Anyone experienced with patching using the fan translation on a PS2 ISO? I have the Japanese disc, but I cannot read Japanese. I'm loading the game with FreeMcBoot on the PS2.

    Well guys, it is done! I played the entirety of Dragon Quest 1 on stream, in a single sitting. It was a ton of fun and I'm actually surprised to see how well the game still holds up. Now I'm just tempted to play the entire series on stream.

    I have recently been trying to beat dora in grey and have been losing. I decide to exp farm and i have exp and gold boosting pep powers but can't find a good enemy. Please reply if you can help. This is in DQXI by the way.

    Hi everyone,

    I just downloaded Dragon Quest 3 for the switch. It doesn't seem like there's a female sprite for the main hero? I remember her looking different than the male hero on the Gameboy. Did anyone else have that?

    So far I'm really unhappy with a lot of the changes they made. I don't like the new sprites and it won't let me gamble multiple times in a row like it did before. They changed monster names and translations so it keeps jarring me out of any nostalgia. I might just bust out my old Gameboy and worm light to play before bed.

    Playing through past DQ games

    Hey! The only Dragon Quest games I've played are IX and XI, and I adored them both. I just ordered a 3DS XL so that I could go back and catch up on the DQ games I missed. I've got V, VII, and VIII sitting in my Amazon cart. Is this a good starting point? I often hear VIII is a fan-favorite, should I start with that? Thank you!

    anyone knows if there is any way to get a costume of Arusu or Eleven? I really want one for halloween if halloween is going to be a thing this year, thank you and stay safe and drink water (also reading the rules I dont know if this will be taken down or not)
