I keep losing health and eventually dying, and my attacks aren't doing anything, even when I use Rab to lower his defence. If it helps, this is my party and their leveled up skills: Hero - Sword or Greatsword (I switched to sword because his defence was awful) Hendrik - Sword Rab - Heavy Wands Sylvando - Whips Any help or advice would be appreciated. | Posted: 10 Sep 2020 11:50 PM PDT Ok so I just went in Yggdrasil and then jasper appears and Carnelian and Mordegon and some crazy stuff happens. I was defeated. Yggdrasil fell. But then something weird happened. The game asked me if I wanted to save. I immediately thought that maybe there were two paths that I could take. Maybe I could've defeated Jasper and Yggdrasil wouldn't have fallen? But my dumbass still overwrote my old save file instead of making a new one in case there were two different routes. And now I'm playing as Sylvando, on a quest to make people smile. I need some answers. Also please do not spoil anything past the part I'm on

| Dragon Quest 6 Grinding Vocations Posted: 10 Sep 2020 08:24 PM PDT Just unlocked Alltrades Abbey in DQ6 and i was wondering if there are any vocation trees or skills that are particularly valuable or worthless. I intend on getting the basics onto everyone (Priest for Fullheal and Zing) and the appropriate physical and magical classes for the respective characters, but I wasn't sure if it's worth grinding out the rest of the vocations to work towards Hero. Are the intermediate classes sufficient for endgame or do you really want everyone to become Hero's? [link] [comments] | ||

I've heard they're the phone ports, but that doesn't really bother me. Just wondering if you guys think they're worth playing, how long they are, which one is generally the best (which I've mostly heard to be III), some things to expect/watch out for etc. Thanks in advance! Posted: 10 Sep 2020 02:16 PM PDT I've just reached Arboria so please don't spoil anything past there I've been equipping Sylv with sword and shield, but I don't know if that's the best choice. Sylvando doesn't have the sword mastery panel in the character builder so I think giving him swords wouldn't be he best option because he can't unlock the full potential of swords. What do you guys think? Also, I've already decided not to equip him with knives. It just wouldn't look or feel right. Eric is the knives guy. [link] [comments] | ||

I decided after watching a YouTuber streaming Dragon Quest IV (my all time favourite), that I would go back and replay the Zenithian trilogy. I finally beat V a couple of days ago and picked VI back up for a new game, but it's not even slightly interesting to me. Am I broken? Lol. Is it just me? Or is it difficult to really connect with this cast of characters, especially at the beginning? [link] [comments] |
