| Posted: 02 Nov 2020 08:05 AM PST I really hope this doesn't come across as me bashing the game. I love jrpgs and wanted to try DQ11 after all the praise its gotten. I've gotten to the point where Jade and the old man joined and I just need to ask, does this game get better? What I've played so far is decent but extremely underwhelming for a game that people hype up as one of the best jrpgs of all time and I just don't see what they see in it. Is the later parts of this game where it shines or is this series just not for me? [link] [comments] | ||

My theory is that they are the same person, but born in different timelines thanks to the Luminary's time jumps and Serenicas attempt to be with Erdwin. I need help building off this theory as the only thing that makes me believe this theory is the amount of time passed after Erdwin died, spawning the Luminary, and the amount of time after Erdwin beat Calasmos, spawning Erdrick in 3 [link] [comments] | ||

| (DQ11) I accidently saved over my main file... Posted: 01 Nov 2020 08:37 PM PST I am in absolute disbelief right now..and all because I wanted to do some comparisons on 2d mode. Basically what happened was I tried to go to 2d mode on my second file and somehow accidentally saved over my first one. Could have sworn I went to the next page.. Honestly it could be worse because I could definitely power though it as I only progressed like 10 hours, but I did some crafting (got some stuff to +3) and skill building and I just feel so defeated and stupid. Has anybody every done this? I think I'll do two saves for my main file now, one as the first and another one on the last page just for good measure. [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 01 Nov 2020 10:34 AM PST BEWARE OF SPOILERS So I just finished the main game and got the chance to time travel. The only thing I'm missing right now is about 6 side quest and 1 mini medal. Since I honestly don't want to go search for number 75, my question is actually about the side quests :-) Do I loose anything by not completing them? I mean I know there are similar quests after the time travel but I'll be pissed if I later find out I could have had a second item had I just complete the quest in the old timeline.
