    Do you think future Dragon Quest Builders games should have a partner who stays with you most of the game like Malroth in DQB2?

    I finished the main game of DQB2 a week ago and am now near the end of chapter 3 of DQB. While DQB2 is definitely a step above DQB in gameplay I also feel like DQB2 was also a step up in making me more emotionally connected with it through simply having a partner character who's with you for most of the game. It made me wonder if we'll potentially have a partner character in DQB3 if it gets made. What do you guys think, should future DQB games have partner characters? Why or Why not?

    Erik swords

    Will Dragon Quest Monsters Make A Comeback?

    I personally think so! Even though DQM Erik and Mia is dead now, there is still a new DQM game in the works, which might be decently far along if they transferred a lot of the work they already had to the new game before deciding to switch the genres, but who knows? There's also Dragon Quest Tact to consider, which some may not consider a DQM game due to the gacha mechanics and different battle style from traditional monsters games, but I personally think that DQ Tact at the very least, reintroduces people to all the different monsters in the franchise before DQM makes its grand return sometime in the future.

    As a bit of a reminder (originally from my What's A Good "Should Have Happened, But Never Did" Moment in JRPGs? post in r/JRPG),here's what the last ORIGINAL games that both Japan and the rest of the world got:

    [5-6 years for Japanese Audience, Last Original Title that wasn't a port, mobile title or enhanced version: DQMJ3]

    [10 - 11 years for International, Last Original Title that wasn't a port or mobile title: DQMJ2]

    Also, while we're at it, why do you think the decision was made to switch DQM Erik and Mia over to a Treasure Hunting Game and just make a new DQM game from scratch, or possibly carry over the progress from earlier before the genre switch and work with that? Very interested in your thoughts!

    Seed of life locations

    So I know that corpse corporal drops the seed. But I'm at champ savage and I can't find any. I'm in act 3 now. Can someone let me know any other monsters that drop this seed? Thanks

    Alefgard ?

    So in dragon quest 3 alefgard was in a dark world but after the zoma death alefgard was bring in overworld or alefgard is in another dimension without Aliahan ?

    Best weapons in Dragon quest xi pre post game

    Right now I'm facing down Gyldigga and I'm looking forbsome good weapons to take her down.My usual setup for boss fights is Lumenary and Hendrick with greatswords as the main fighters,Rab as my mage/healer and Sylve for effects,boosters,etc.I let him use daggers. This is the team I use as maintays though I do pull out jade to get in on the action (especially if Lumenary goes down,Hendrick usually outlives him.Rab and Luminary do have Zing,but sometimes it's whatever) and Erik...needs to get stronger (he's dual weilding now though,he alsobdoes have divide to triple damage).

    So what are the best weapons to use for this setup? Mainly looking to boost Erik,Hendrick and Lumenary. Jade,Sylve and Rab could be useful too. For Rab,my gocus is on healing and such,and for Sylve ,not really concerned about power but effects like poisons and such.

    And also what do I have to do to get them? Playing quests after Yggdrasil fell,but I don't have the twins back yet so they're not a prioroty.Any advice will be helpful,thank you

    Also,I'm playing the definitive edition on XBoxOne if that helps.

    Also,what's the best way to level up my team? Which regions or which monsters should I be killing,etc to get this done?
