    How many of you have ever heard or seen "Dragon Quest: Yuusha Abel Densetsu"? Its the first ever Dragon Quest anime and its not based on a pre-existing manga. The story follows young Abel who is trying to rescue his childhood friend Tiara who has been kidnapped by Baramos, the evil king of a forgotten kingdom. It takes heavy inspiration from Dragon Quest 3. I'd recomend you give it a try but i warn you, it is rather difficult to find. I hope you'll enjoy it!

    What to watch first?

    So I plan on watching both of the Adventure of Dai animes, the question I have is, which one should I start with? I dont really know what the general consensus of the new show is, but I thought it looked pretty good. In the end im gonna watch em both, its just a matter of what version I should experience first.

    Beating all DQ games in order, just finished V (Mild Spoilers)

    My thoughts after beating it: Wow, what a great story. I thought after IV that the series wouldn't be topped, but man, V really created some heartfelt and cool moments.

    The boss was definitely a let down compared to Psaro in DQ IV, and the other party characters didn't feel as fleshed out (though more than II). The combat actually started to feel a bit stale for me, and the game didn't feel as balanced as previous titles, but that may have been a consequence of the monster system.

    Monster taming felt really underwhelming for me. Maybe it's because games that have come since have done it so much better, but I felt like I mostly used the same monsters throughout the game (kudos to the guy who told me on another thread that Slime Knight is family, because he was so clutch). The combat definitely dragged a bit as a result.

    I really loved the passage of time in this game. Though I consider the pacing to be less consistent than IV, the world building and lore of various characters throughout the game was amazing. I found myself talking to everyone and using party chat a ton. I also loved the side content with mini medals and knick-knacks. Just all around great.

    I am excited to start VI next, and glad I picked these up for the DS (before prices went crazy). Please feel free to leave any tips for VI in your comments if you have them. Really enjoying playing through these for the first time (11 was my first, and I picked up the others then, but didn't get to them until now).

    I left the tower of lost time can I go back?

    Exactly what I said.Didn't know what to post game so I left the tower of lost time to save (on another file)and come back...how do I get back?

    Update: Got back in...do I lose my stuff now?
