Should I play any of them in the next trilogy in a different order than release date, or does the release order flow well? Trying to avoid spoilers since I've never played any other DQ. | Posted: 19 Aug 2021 04:03 AM PDT Hey, I just got Veronica and her sister, and during the character building menu I was wondering what counts as an „attack". For example heavy wand fields seem to be boosting attacks with heavy wands for instance. Is casting a spell while having a heavy wand equipped going to be affected by this too? [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 18 Aug 2021 09:54 PM PDT Was watching a DQXI stream, and I mentioned that the story keeps going for another 20-30 hours while they were watching the credits, about to put the game down and move onto something else. Long story short, I was told off by a mod about spoiling the fact that Act 3 even exists. Sure, the credits hint that there's more, but they said they assumed that was hinting at Dragon Quest XII being a sequel. I think if I didn't know, and was about to put the game down (possibly forever), I'd appreciate being told that there's more. Am I off-base or something? [link] [comments] |
