    I loved DQ11 and wanted to see where this gem of a franchise came from. I quickly played through DQ1 and I'm looking for more! No limits, what should I play next in the franchise?

    Does DQ8 have a hard mode or any extra difficulty settings incentive to replay this game, if I ever decide to replay the game for this dungeon? Also, did I miss out on any good weapon/items?

    I didn't do the side-quest after picking Cash because I was at a point where I was legit confused on where to go next in the main quest. Now Cash is angry at me. Seems like I locked myself out of the side-quest. Game never told me that this was misseable. Bummer.

    Should I play the Definitive edition on PS4 or switch?

    I have both platforms, ps4 Pro and switch.

    is the ps4 version mich superior (graphics) than on switch? the thing is, I often go to different places and would be able to play it there. most of the time I will play it on my TV though.

    and second question, are there any graphic upgrades on ps5?

    Vocation mastery bonuses

    I know some vocations will have mastery bonuses to stats, are these bonuses exclusive to the vocation or will they stay with the character no matter their class?

    Running DQM2/J3P on Citra for Android...

    The stutters on especially DQMJ3P make it pretty unplayable. I may try to play through it anyway but if there's some solution to this I was wondering if anyone here would know it or have some suggestions. My phone is brand new, both in terms of model and how recently I purchased it. It handles other 3DS games well and I figure this has to be a Citra issue as these Japanese games tend to come up as having their compatibility untested on the PC version. I've played DQM2 twice already, so I'm really more interested in fixing J3P, but any suggestions for DQM2 are welcome as well. That game stutters less but has weirdly long loading times between any fades to and from black (which J3P does as well).

    Is there a best Weapon/Gear setup for this game?

    Im in Act 3 and I am trying to prep for the absolute final battle and I'm not sure if there is a best gear for every type of battle, even this final one… can someone share their thoughts on this?

    to me it's just dull and lifeless without party members. the outfits are ugly and the vocation system is a downgraded version of dq7. i tried multiplayer but didn't really get much out of it. i think my biggest issue is it seems to lack personality that i find in the other games. and yet i see people regard it pretty well overall? am i missing something that makes it fun or what
