    Will my extra time spent in the XIs demo transfer to the full game?

    I got to the end of the demo story, but wasn't ready to purchase yet (upcoming deals maybe?). So far I've put in an additional 3 hours of leveling and equipment mending and I started to wonder if it was worth it.

    I only have the one save file. So my question is does the imported full game file include anything after the demo "credits"?

    Should I wait for the Definitive Edition of DQXI? [PS4]

    So I've been interested in purchasing DQXI on PS4 for some time now and I saw that the game is on sale now on PS Store. However, the Definitive Edition is on its way to PS4. Is the additional content worth the wait or should I purchase the game now? I also heard that the Definitive Edition is a Switch port and the graphical performance is a lot worse compared to PS4.

    I was just about to buy this game on Switch, but a few days ago the announcement about getting definitive edition on ps4 was released. Is it worth waiting for that version, or should I get it on Switch?

    Do characters use potions and other items when using fight wisely in DQ11?

    Hey I mainly have everyone on "Fight Wisely" when it comes to battles but I never seem to see the NPCs in my party use items to heal/restore hp/mp. Just wondering if anyone had noticed if they do or not. ( I tend to play with my battles on fastest speed so may just be missing it? )

    I'm so happy that I have discovered the orchestral music mod for dq11

    Luckily I discovered this mod only a few hours into the game. I thought that MIDI soundtrack was bad and repetitive so I googled why it sounded so bad, and then I came across the mod in a youtube video. It makes the game experience so much better and i'm glad the people who made this did what they did. I was like jesus christ why does this game only have 5 soundtracks lmao.

    If there are any other essential dq11 mods lmk, playing on PC.

    I’ve been enjoying my first play through of XI so far, BUT it feels so linear which is something I have come to hate after playing other games in the series so does it get better and does the world become more open like other DQ games?

    So I had a weird Dragon Quest dream...

    In this dream, my sister and I were in a fast-food chain, I believe Tim Hortons. It was dusk.

    When outside the sky was very slowly turning bright red.

    My sister explained (expositioned) that after The Dark One took over, monsters have been more aggressive at night, and we had to get home immediately.

    Despite our Mom was parked in front, my Sister (who suddenly had our dog with her) was running into a forest path and I was trying to keep up but she got farther and farther ahead of me.

    Then the monsters appeared, literally spawning in front of me. Blue Cruelcumbers (Not purple enough to be scourgettes) and completely brown Kingfuchsias and maybe a few corpse corporals, not exactly sure. And I was taking it in stride, mocking the monsters. Then some of the monsters got in my face and I entered a battle. (That part of the dream ended, and segued into an unrelated dream)

    But it's kind of interesting to see life in eyes of someone living in a post-takeover DQ world, even a modernized one and maybe someday a hero will show up in that dream reality and kick butt 😎
