    I made a Chart of all the Monsters from the Main and Monsters Series, in order of apparition (based on the wiki info). It has some errors or things that i may have missed but i will correct it and had spin-off games later. But for now, feel free to look at it if you want.

    [DQXI] Best location and team for grinding levels in Act 3

    Finally got to Act 3 in my first play through of DQXI and I'm at the point where I need to complete the three trials. I got through the first one ok up until the boss and I went 12 turns over the limit. I was wondering what y'all found to be the best location to grind some levels and what your party composition was to do it as efficiently as possible. Thanks!

    Is there a way to fix this in the full version? Sometimes every like 5 to 10 seconds the camera like stops for a split second, idk how to describe it but annoying as hell. Sometimes it won't happen for a while but yeah, annoying when it does.

    I read some forum talked about enhance graphics can be turned off and it fixed someone's issue, they had a pro though, I do not. Does the demo play with the enhanced graphics turned on and no way to turn off?

    Why does Erik's character builder show its expansion?

    DQ5 PS2 or DS for a first-timer?

    I don't have a huge amount of Dragon Quest experience (only played 11) but I'd like to try this one. I know DQ5 has a fan translation on PS2 and an official localization on DS, but I'm not sure which I'd like to play.

    From looking at videos, I much prefer how the PS2 version looks and sounds compared to the DS version. I've heard the DS version has a bit more content, but it also seems like that content is more aimed at people who have played the game before. Does anyone who's played both versions have a recommendation?

    Dragon Quest II

    Just finished it for the first time on Switch and it is now my fourth game completed (IV, V, and I being the others in that order).

    Definitely my least favorite thus far. I totally see what everyone says about it being difficult to follow and not knowing where to go. I pretty much followed a guide for the back half of it once you start looking for the sigils. Probably will be a one and done. I could see myself going back to the original if I wanted something to pass the time but this was a bit too much.

    Onto III next and then jumping up to VI. Looking forward to having more quality of life features and getting into the bigger titles.

    Dragon Quest X version 1 walkthrough in English

    I see some people asking about playing Dragon Quest X and a lot of negative remarks about it not being released in English. I can't really help that but I did write a guide for version 1 while I was playing through it. Its basically explanations of stuff I figured out during my playthrough of version 1. It includes a walkthrough for the main story, some explanation of menus, some quest and job walkthroughs, etc.

    Forgive me ahead of time for any mistakes. I dont speak, read or write any Japanese so this was all done using Google Translate and a good sense of exploration.

    I hope someone finds it to be of some help and hopefully this encourages a few more people to give it a try despite the language barrier.

    It's official, I'll be playing the first Dragon Quest game blind, in a single sitting on my stream. Super excited about it and I really hope to see some Dragon Quest fans come check out the stream and hang out with me. The stream will be entirely Dragon Quest themed with alerts and overlays!
