    [SPOILERS DQXI] Question about Serena and Veronica

    Okay, so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but it's one that genuinely baffles me. So you know how relatively early on in the game we learn that Serena and Veronica are the reincarnation of Sereneca? Well, I don't understand how that works considering that later in the game we learn that The Time Keeper is Sereneca who failed to undo the events that lead to the death of Erdwin? Did her transformation allow her soul to reincarnate?

    Which I guess leads me to a bonus question if you'll indulge me. How did we travel back in time to have that conversation with our grandfather when time travel seems to be the domain of the tower of lost time?

    [DQXI Definitive S] How much grind?

    So, I finished the base game at around level 60 for most of my characters (Hendrik and a couple others are at 55-58, but mostly closing on 60), and I have a couple of Draconian quest settings on - not being able to buy anything from vendors, because I'm stingy when it comes to money in games, not fleeing from battle, less experience from weaker enemies, shypox cause it seemed like fun, and death of the hero makes it so that I lose the battle.

    That being said, after Act 1, it was getting kinda grindy killing the same mobs over and over (it was basically the same enemies with red eyes) so I decided to just go with it and kill things only in dungeons. Now, I've traveled back in time, and decided to save Dirk as my first mission from the malicious Hades Condor. Now this guy is one shotting my entire team. One AoE fire blast causing 300 DMG a piece, followed by a claw attack that's spelling guarented death for someone. How much does the game expect me to grind. A level now takes like ~150k exp when basic mobs are giving me like 2,3k tops. And this is the first mission after going back in time. What am I doing wrong? :(

    I'm loving it so far—really strong opening! But I've heard from several folks that it becomes a bit of a confusing slog at some point. I'm wondering if I should take some notes, and if so, on what? I'd like to play it all the way through if possible, and I'd like it if that wasn't frustrating lol

    Beginner tips for dragon quest tact

    When you start dqt you get a reroll ticket. I would advice to not use this first. You automatically get 3k gems and can easily do a multi then return to the title screen wipe your data and pull again. Use this to get a decent or good pull, then next use the reroll ticket to get something good or something to patch up your team. This basically let's you get 2 rolls of your choice.

    I was a pleb and didn't even know about the reroll ticket so reset until I got 2 S monsters got 2 on my next pull then found out about it and got 2 more. Considering how easy it is to reset and the fact that when you reset your profile from the entry screen it's hardly an inconvenience if you have some time laying around.

    I'm still new so any other tips to me would be helpful.

    In Dragon Quest Monsters, how does the action economy work for large monsters?

    I was playing Terry's Wonderland (the 3DS remake of the first DQM), and noticed that size-2 monsters sometimes but not always got two attacks per round. Does anyone know how that's determined? Is it random?

    how strong exactly are the heroes canonically

    I'm just wondering who'd be the strongest or the weakest since I got into DQ since May 5th last year ( nearly 9 months ago) So far I only have dragon quest 1 and 11 but I also want to know more about the heroes if there's a spoiler simply say "spoiler alert".

    Dq3 on the Switch
