    So I keep seeing this again and again from this subreddit.

    "The game has been out x years, therefore its not a spoiler. I can say whatever I want."

    I'm not going to name names, nor am I going to make this bigger than it has to be.

    Bottom line:

    • Please use spoiler tags. Text will be covered like this when you do so.

    Just because you've played a game that was released so many years ago does not justify you spoiling the plot of these games for others. Some people just didn't grow up with these games and are now discovering them. They just might have wanted to play that game you spoke of so casually about. Now that you spoiled the story and possibly the ending they might not enjoy it as much.

    Again not making this bigger than it has to be. Just be courteous to each other and use spoiler tags. Thanks for your time.

    I am new to Dragon Quest and I've been playing DQ11 for some time now. Most of the fights were straightforward except the one with Arachtagon where I had to lookup weaknesses and strategies. I don't want to brute force the game, so I wanted to learn an easy way of identifying monster's types, stats, and the type effectiveness chart. Also, how does the damage calculation, deftness and charm work in this game? Can you guys maybe give a link for that?

    I have played and completed the first 5 games of this series and I was thinking of playing dq6. But I have heard the horror stories of this game such us, long and confusing dungeons, storytelling not making sense sometimes, long and annoying progression. So should I skip or play this game ?
