Dragon Quest Found a metal slime IRL

So me and my best friend played Dragon Quest IX together for countless hours when we were younger on DS. I know, I know, it's not the most popular game in the series, but we had a ton of fun. We were talking about it again recently and got all nostalgic, so I would love to surprise my friend with another DQ game we can play together as a birthday gift.

So my question is, what DQ game do you recommend for someone who wants to play co-op, when we've only played IX before? Thanks!

Question about changing vocations (DQIX)

I think I'm pretty close to Alltrades Abbey in this game and I had a question regarding the Hero: Should I swap them to a more offensive class like Warrior over Minstrel even if it means they'll be very behind the party in levels? I definitely don't plan to go overboard anytime soon, but just curious if its worth swapping Hero's vocation atm or if I should wait til later

Is my Dragon Quest III hero too weak?

I am not too far into Dragon Quest III at the moment, I am at the part where I need to find Kanar and retrieve the stolen crown, but I did not know that the questions at the beginning of a new game affect your stats. My hero always levels up last out of my current party due to my answers. So far it has not been a problem to me or if it has I have not noticed. Am I ok to play like this or will it make things more difficult as I continue on?

Im lvl 30 on all except lvl 21 sage. I'm using hero, warrior, priest, and sage. Am I underleveled or am I just getting unlucky or something?

Minor question about the bestiary (DQIX)

I was checking the availability of metal slimes on the wikia since I'm close to Alltrades Abbey and can probably start some vocation grinding soon and I saw that it had an extra line in the description that I didnt see in my game. And checking other monsters they also had extra decriptions I didn't have.

So my question is, whats up with that? Do I have to kill a set amount to get the rest or is it after a certain point in the game? Or is it just a really dedicated joke edit since its a wikia?

How is the frame rate in DQ Builders 2 for BASE PS4?

I would get the switch version but I don't want to deal with those bad frame rate dips.

My original plan was to get the PC version but in the demo that recently came out I saw the game is locked to 60FPS.....so if it's a solid 60 on PS4 I might as well just get it on that. Are there a lot of FPS drops on base PS4 or is it a solid 60 fps?
